Had a great time with friends! The staff were friendly and helpful, and the heating kept us cozy despite the freezing temps outside. We enjoyed exploring the nearby aquarium and Mega-mall, both just a short walk away. Don't miss out on the tasty breakfast!
Only downside was the absence of safety deposit boxes in the room, which was a hassle. We had to use the reception for our valuables.

Amazing Astana vibes 🇰🇿
Super handy location near all the sights! Staff was so warm and friendly, especially that guy Diaz at the reception—such a chommie! Brekkie was lekker, just the right fuel for my days exploring.
Bit noisy at night with the events and stuff, but it didn’t really bug me too much.

The sauna is a great addition to relax.
During my stay, the first room had a horrible sewage smell that made my second day unbearable. I had to switch rooms twice because of this persistent issue. the smell would return even in the new room. The staff seemed uninterested in helping and instead insisted on inspecting our complaints rather than providing immediate solutions.
